Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

4. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and fresh lemon zest until creamy.
5. Slowly add in cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
6. Spread the filling over the cooled crust, spreading to the edges.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
8. Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
