Steps: 1. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolk and sugar together until creamy. 2. Add the mascarpone cheese to the bowl and mix until well combined. 3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. 4. Gently fold the beaten egg white into the mascarpone mixture. 5. Dip the ladyfinger cookies into the cooled coffee, making sure they are soaked but not overly saturated. 6. Arrange the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer at the bottom of a serving dish. 7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. 8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture. 9. Dust the top layer with cocoa powder. 10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
