Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Dip ladyfinger cookies in the brewed coffee and layer them at the bottom of a serving cup.
3. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top of the cookies.
4. Repeat the layers until the cup is filled, ending with a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
5. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
