Steps
1. In a saucepan, combine the Arborio rice and milk. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes until the rice is tender and creamy.
3. Add the diced apple, honey, and cinnamon to the rice mixture. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the apples are slightly softened.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Serve warm or chilled in a bowl.
5. Top with a dollop of plain yogurt and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
