Italian Gluten-Free Milk Pudding

This Italian gluten-free Milk Pudding is a creamy and delicious dessert, perfect for a special occasion. It has just a few ingredients, needs not extra shop and can be made in less than 20 minutes.

Steps

1. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium-low heat until it simmers. Reduce the heat to low and slowly add the sugar. Stir occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved. 2. Add the mint, stir and then add the lemon zest. Simmer stirring constantly for 3 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and divide the pudding between 4 small serving dishes. Allow to cool. 4. This pudding can be served warm or chilled, garnished with diced fresh mint or a sprinkle of sugar if desired.
