Asian Sesame Tuna Steak

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Marinate the tuna steak in this mixture for 15-20 minutes. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna steak for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare or longer for desired doneness. 3. In the same pan, stir-fry the mixed vegetables until crisp-tender. 4. Serve the tuna steak sliced with the vegetables on the side.
