Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag or a dish, pour the marinade over it, and let it sit for at least 15 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place it in the hot skillet.
4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the chicken over cooked rice or noodles, drizzled with any remaining marinade from the pan, and garnish with chopped green onion.
