Spicy Garlic Noodle Stir-Fry

A flavorful and aromatic noodle stir-fry with a spicy kick of garlic and Asian-inspired seasonings.

Steps

1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli, and green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are slightly tender. 4. Toss in the cooked noodles and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. 6. Serve hot and garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
