Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
3. Stir in coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a minute.
4. Add the crab pieces and toss well to coat them with the spices.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the crab is cooked through.
6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
