Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
5. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the shrimp and garlic butter, mixing well.
6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
