
Steps
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the shrimp and garlic butter, mixing well.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
