Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Saute onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
4. Stir in turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
5. Add bell peppers and paneer cubes, cook until vegetables are tender.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
