
Steps
- Whisk the egg in a bowl until frothy.
- Add in the chopped spinach, chili powder and salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add the egg mixture.
- Once the egg has started to cook, sprinkle the cheese over the top.
- Fold the omelet in half and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Slide the omelet onto a plate and enjoy!
