Steps
1. Whisk the egg in a bowl until frothy.
2. Add in the chopped spinach, chili powder and salt and pepper.
3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add the egg mixture.
4. Once the egg has started to cook, sprinkle the cheese over the top.
5. Fold the omelet in half and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
6. Slide the omelet onto a plate and enjoy!
