Moroccan Egg Soup

An aromatic and flavourful egg soup inspired by the flavours of Morocco.

Steps

1. Heat up the vegetable oil in a saucepan over a medium to low heat. 2. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularily. 3. Add the tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring regularly. 4. Crack the egg into the pan and stir everything together. 5. Add salt to taste and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly. 6. Serve in a bowl with a slice of freshly-made Moroccan bread.
