Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
3. Add the diced potatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
5. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and tomatoes are well blended.
6. Sprinkle garam masala, mix well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
