1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 3. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Place the stuffed chicken breast on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Remove the toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
