Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. 3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the balsamic reduction. In a small saucepan, combine sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the strawberries soften and the mixture thickens slightly. 4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a minute. 5. Pour the strawberry balsamic sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
