Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. 3. Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey to create the glaze. 5. In a salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, and walnuts. 6. Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad. 7.
