Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the top off the bell pepper and remove the seeds and membrane.
3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
4. In a bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef, cooked rice, onion, tomatoes, zucchini, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
5. Stuff the bell pepper with the mixture and place it in a baking dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bell pepper is tender and the filling is heated through.
