Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the jam, olive oil, soy sauce, thyme, and minced garlic.
3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
4. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and brush half of the jam mixture over it.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, then brush the chicken with the remaining jam mixture.
6. Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and glazed.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
