Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned.
3. Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and chicken broth. Stir well.
5. Add pineapple chunks and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
