Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. 4. Add bell peppers and pineapple chunks, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 5. Mix soy sauce and honey, then pour into the pan. 6. If desired, add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, stirring constantly. 7. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce coats the ingredients. 8. Serve hot on its own or over cooked rice.
