- In a medium-sized pot, bring 1B4 cups of water to a boil and add the pasta.
- Cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
- In a separate pot, warm the ketchup on medium heat.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl and add to the ketchup.
- Gently mix the egg and ketchup until fully combined.
- Add in the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir everything together to combine.
- Serve while hot.
