Instructions
1. In a medium-sized pot, bring 1B4 cups of water to a boil and add the pasta.
2. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
3. In a separate pot, warm the ketchup on medium heat.
4. Whisk the egg in a bowl and add to the ketchup.
5. Gently mix the egg and ketchup until fully combined.
6. Add in the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook until softened.
7. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir everything together to combine.
8. Serve while hot.
