Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the brewed green tea, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 2. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes until lightly browned. 4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. 5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles, drizzling any remaining marinade over the top.
