Steps

1. Brew a strong cup of black tea and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, combine the cooled tea, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. 3. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 5. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and sear the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. 6. Pour the reserved marinade into the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened, glazing the chicken. 7. Serve the chicken garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
