Tiramisu Brownies with Ladyfingers Cream

A rich and fudgy tiramisu-inspired brownie layered with a creamy ladyfinger mixture, offering the classic coffee and cocoa flavors without mascarpone, cream cheese, or whipping cream.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a small baking dish. 2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth. 3. Whisk the egg and sugar until pale and fluffy. 4. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. 5. Sift in the flour and instant coffee powder, gently folding until combined. 6. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 15 minutes or until set but fudgy. 7. Meanwhile, soak ladyfingers in the brewed coffee briefly. 8. Blend soaked ladyfingers with Greek yogurt and powdered sugar until smooth to create the creamy layer. 9. Once brownies are cooled, spread the ladyfinger cream evenly on top. 10. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
