Steps

1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan. 2. Add tomato and mushrooms to pan, sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Crack eggs into pan, season with salt & pepper, stir to combine until eggs are fully cooked. 4. Add basil leaves and remove from heat. 5. Serve immediately.
