Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add in diced onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic and sauté until vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Increase heat to medium-high and add in rice and soy sauce.
4. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until all ingredients are combined and heated through.
5. Add frozen peas and heat for an additional 2 minutes. Serve.
