
Steps
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add in diced onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic and sauté until vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add in rice and soy sauce.
- Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until all ingredients are combined and heated through.
- Add frozen peas and heat for an additional 2 minutes. Serve.
