Steps

1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. 2. Peel and slice the banana into thin rounds. 3. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, banana slices, and chopped mint. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat everything evenly. 6. Sprinkle toasted walnuts on top for added crunch, if using. 7. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving for a cooler salad.
