Steps
1. In a bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
2. Add cubed tuna and stir-marinate for 15 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, mix cooked rice with nori seaweed.
4. Slice cucumber, avocado and edamame beans and set aside.
5. Build the bowl with all ingredients: rice, tuna, cucumber, avocado, edamame beans, wasabi paste and sesame seeds.
6. Serve and enjoy!
