Steps
1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
2. Once the oil is hot, add diced sweet potatoes and onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6-7 minutes.
3. After 6-7 minutes add the ground turkey, garlic, sea salt, and chili flakes and stir to combine.
4. Cook on medium–high heat for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add nutritional yeast (if desired).
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
