
Steps
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell peppers, julienned carrot, and snow peas. Cook until slightly tender.
- Stir in cooked brown rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
