Steps
1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add sliced bell peppers, julienned carrot, and snow peas. Cook until slightly tender.
5. Stir in cooked brown rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
