
Steps
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté until slightly tender.
- Push vegetables to the side and crack the egg into the pan. Scramble the egg until cooked.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

- 1/4 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
