Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add mixed vegetables and sauté until slightly tender.
3. Push vegetables to the side and crack the egg into the pan. Scramble the egg until cooked.
4. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
