1. Boil the yakisoba noodles in salted water for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. 3. Add the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. 4. Add the bean sprouts and cooked noodles to the pan. 5.
