1. Boil the yakisoba noodles in salted water for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. 3. Add the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. 4. Add the bean sprouts and cooked noodles to the pan. 5. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. 6.
