1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius. 2. Mix the garlic powder and ginger powder together in a bowl. 3. Slice the carrots in thick sticks and add them to the bowl. 4. Sprinkle the mixture over the carrots and mix them around until they are fully coated. 5. Place the carrots sticks on a baking tray and add the diced onions on top. 6. Bake in the oven for roughly 10-15 minutes. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool. 8. Serve with ketchup and enjoy!
