Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. 3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly. 4. In a bowl, combine watermelon cubes, salad greens, cucumber slices, and feta cheese. 5. Add the sliced chicken on top. 6.
