Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the white wine and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Add the capers, lemon juice, and butter, stirring to create a sauce. Allow it to simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce. Cook for another minute to heat through.
6. Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
