Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine the white wine, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade. 4. Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Add the reserved marinade to the skillet and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors. 6. Serve the chicken with a squeeze of lemon over the top.
