Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, applesauce, cinnamon, honey (or maple syrup), chopped nuts, raisins, and a pinch of salt.
3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
4. Using your hands, form small bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown.
