Yogurt Egg Pancakes

Delicious and fluffy pancakes made with yogurt and eggs, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or brunch.

Steps

1. In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and eggs until well combined. 2. Add in the baking soda and mix until smooth. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. 4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake. 5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter. 7. Serve the pancakes hot with your favorite toppings.
