Steps
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
5. Once cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
