Steps of preparation: 1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 2. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, Za'atar, salt and pepper. 3. Place the chicken breast in the pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side. 4. Serve hot!
