Apple and Pork Stir Fry

A delicious and savory stir fry dish combining tender pork and crispy apples for a delightful combination of flavors.

Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add the pork tenderloin and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent. 4. Add the sliced apple and cook for another 2 minutes, until slightly softened. 5. Return the pork to the pan and add the soy sauce and honey. Stir well to combine. 6. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
