Steps
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes, until the spices become fragrant.
3. Add the beans and broccoli to the skillet and cook, stirring, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the banana and avocado and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5. Taste and adjust seasonings, as desired. Serve garnished with fresh cilantro.
