Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
4. Add the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Stir well to coat the onion and garlic with the spices.
5. Add diced tomatoes, cooked chickpeas, and vegetable broth to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
7. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss well to combine.
8. Serve the Arab vegan pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
