Paleo Chicken with Avocado and Broccoli

A delicious and healthy Italian-inspired main dish that is Paleo-friendly. Tender chicken, creamy avocado, and crisp broccoli are combined with garlic and olives for a burst of flavor.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. 4. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 5. Transfer the chicken breast to a baking dish. 6. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. 7. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. 8. Season the broccoli with salt and pepper. 9. Arrange the avocado slices on top of the chicken breast. 10. Spoon the sautéed broccoli and garlic over the avocado. 11. Scatter the sliced olives over the dish. 12. Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. 13. Serve hot and enjoy!
