Steps
1. Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat and add the onion, garlic, and saffron.
2. Cook until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
3. Add the rice to the pan and stir for about 2 minutes to get an even coating of butter.
4. Add the chicken broth and salt and pepper to the pan and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
