Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers.
3. Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
4. Serve the lamb kebabs hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
