A delicious and healthy Arabic stew made with chicken, carrots, onions, potatoes, and tomatoes.
1. Heat the olive oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. 2. Add the chicken and vegetables to the pot and season with cumin, salt and pepper. 3. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. 4. Serve hot with steamed white rice or pita bread.
