Asian Beef Stir-Fry

A flavorful and quick Asian-inspired stir-fry made with tender beef and a medley of vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Steps: 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. 2. Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Return the beef to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables. 6. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. 7. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional minute until everything is well-coated. 8. Serve the Asian Beef Stir-Fry over cooked rice or noodles.
