Asian Inspired Veggie Stir-Fry

A colorful and flavorful stir-fry dish featuring diced cube potatoes, red peppers, broccoli, yellow squash, and a blend of hoisin and teriyaki sauces.

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add diced potatoes and cook until slightly browned, about 5 minutes. 3. Add red peppers, broccoli, and yellow squash to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 4. Drizzle hoisin and teriyaki sauces over the vegetables. Stir well to combine. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
